I accidentally found that and I just can stop smiling when I first saw the video.
However it's not the real Orihara Izaya's voice actor, Kamiya Hiroshi, who sang the song, it's a fandub, but I think it's way too great and cute for a fandub.

Honestly.. The song has been stuck in my mind for a day and still ongoing. Such an ear candy.
